July 10, 2008 HOUSTON, Texas – eCORP, LLC (“eCORP”) of Houston, Texas today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, eCORP Energy Marketing, LLC (“eCEM”), recently closed an Asset Management arrangement with Louis Dreyfus Energy Services, LLC. Under the arrangement Louis Dreyfus will manage certain northeast U.S. transportation and storage capacity temporarily released to them, and three of eCEM’s employees were seconded to Louis Dreyfus. The arrangement will be for an initial term of approximately one year, with potential extensions contemplated.
